Staff were so very helpful. We liked that we could park safely in the underground car park and use their electric car charging facilities. Room was good, with the best shower we had on our travels. There is no restaurant at the hotel for evening meal but the receptionist recommended the Kioski bar and restaurant just across the road in the park. I think this is under the same ownership as the hotel. We had tapas for lunch in the bar and had an evening meal in the restaurant. Both were excellent. A really good buzz in the bar with locals. As we walked past to go in the restaurant for our evening meal it was packed, so worth booking. We didn't use the spa facilities at the hotel.

Everything was just perfect! In the city center close to everything. Super clean! Easy accessible. For us, frequent travelers, this apartment stood out.

Excellent condition of the property. Clean. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. Easy parking. Good breakfast that you help yourself to. We didn't meet any staff as everything was automated. A bit odd, but effective I suppose.

Very silent place, clean air around, pleasant host and very clean. I loved the accents like old bathtub, and grandma style things there. We were just two people for the whole house, but there you can come with a group of 8 people.

Once Google Maps and I had sorted out some issues that we had, I discovered how centrally located the hotel was. It lacks for nothing, with a lot of attention paid to detail, like the welcome pack of water, almonds, and chocolates. It is very luxurious, and I felt like a queen. I need to make a special mention of the young man (I am sorry, I did not get his name) at reception. Even with the language barrier, we could communicate, and he went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. This included personally serving an early breakfast for me.

Modern, easy to access and loads of room. My family live in Soria so we will definitely use this location again.
