Location was incredible, lively neighbourhood with plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful too. The room was clean, comfortable and space was thought to cater for your every need (wardrobe, hooks, luggage space, etc).

The flat is within easy walking distance of the city centre and nearby metro and bus stops. Entry to both the building and the flat is straightforward, thanks to electronic codes sent before arrival. The flat is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by lift; it is modern, practical, tastefully decorated, and clean. We appreciated the luggage storage lockers on the ground floor after check-out. Communication with the hosts was remote, prompt, and friendly. We stayed here for a short visit and would recommend it.

The room was large and super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good quality with plenty of variety. This hotel is in an excellent location in the old town, and only 5 minutes from the metro.

Our experience at this apartment was fantastic! The communication from the hosts was excellent—I received detailed emails and messages about check-in times, transportation, and entry codes. Any questions I had were answered within a couple of hours, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The location is amazing—just a 3-minute walk from the metro, with a large Lidl and Rossmann only 5 minutes away. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, informative, and kind, making us feel welcome from the start. The room itself was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle, microwave, corkscrew, and cutlery. We felt safe the entire time, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A great bonus was their locker system! Upon arrival, we were able to store our luggage until check-in, and on the day of departure, we did the same—saving us from carrying our bags around. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Everything from the service to the facilities exceeded our expectations!

The hotel was overall excellent! The room was very clean, and if you like, they offer daily cleaning when you put the sign out. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful – they helped us with everything, from questions about public transport to recommendations for attractions. They were always friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Valencia! :)
