Catalonia El Pilar is located in Zaragoza’s old town, 2 minutes’ walk from the central market and the Basilica del Pilar. It offers a modern gym, and rooms with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Very helpful staff and really comfortable room. Amazing view.

Apartamentos Sabinas el Pilar is located in central Zaragoza, just 20 metres from the iconic Pilar Basilica. It offers modern accommodation with free WiFi and great views of the basilica. The location and the view is awesome. Very nice and helpful stuff.

Hotel Sauce is located in the historic centre of Zaragoza, just 50 metres from the iconic El Pilar Basilica. Great location. Super central. Staff was lovely. Room was nice and clean. Delicious coffee.

This hotel is a tiny charmer, a real find. I had requested a quiet room and was well accommodated. The room was small but well designed and comfortable. My favorite moments came with breakfast, which featured local items individually prepared by the delightful staff; the coffee was great. I took a taxi to the hotel from the train station, but there is also a bus that runs nearby. The hotel is an easy walk to the major cultural sites, including the Aljaferia (there's also a bus) and the basilica. There's a supermarket right across the street.

Overall, it was the best for our family of 5. First of all, it is good value for money and the owner, Beatriz, is very friendly and communicates well. I was so grateful that she came to our apartment in person to solve the problem we had, even though it was the middle of the night. Welcome wine greeted us, and the house was really clean, convenient, and cutely decorated, so we could feel the owner's attention to detail. The bedding is also very clean. There is a secure parking lot underneath the apartment, which is very convenient for those traveling by car, and the Puerto Venecia shopping mall is very well-maintained, making it a great place for shopping and dining. I recommend Zaragoza to travelers looking for a place to stop for a day on their way from Madrid to Barcelona (or vice versa), and I especially recommend this apartment by Beatriz!
