Apartment was very nice, cozy, warm, well equiped and close to Yllas sport activities. It was perfect for our family. In real life apartment looked better then in pictures. Kitchen had everything what could imagine and Playstation provided extra entertainmen tor kids. Hope to come back other day.

I wasn't expecting a private sauna in the bathroom when I booked (I'm not sure if they advertise that clearly but it was definitely a cool bonus) it heated up properly too (100C+). Facilities are great, lots of cutlery and plates etc, new kitchen facilities. It worked great for me as a night stopover on my road trip.

Lodge 67°N Lapland is located in the centre of Äkäslompolo and at the foot of Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park. Free WiFi and parking are available. It is a cozy, peaceful, small inn. The people who run it treated us like friends. They answered all our questions about the area, checked in about how are experiences were, and were just friendly and helpful in every way! There is a washer and dryer, fabulous saunas, and delicious buffet breakfast. We could walk to ski trails, shops and restaurants. We didn't really need a car.

Offering 5 log cottages by Ylläs Mountain, Tunturioravat is a 5-minute walk from central Äkäslompolo. All cottages have wooden interiors, free Wi-Fi access and a private sauna. The cabin exceeded our expectations, we felt very comfortable, warm and cosy (even with -25 outside). It is fully equipped with everything you need, we haven't missed anything in the kitchen. It is also exceptionally clean and well maintained. Location was perfect, with privacy of being nestled in the forest, but within a short walk from village center and all the amenities and facilities. We didn't want to leave.

Hotel Ylläshumina is beautifully situated by Lake Äkäslompolo, near the village of Äkäslompolo. Loved the food in the restaurant. Great breakfast. And amazing outdoor jacuzzi.

The accommodation was clean and had everything needed to sleep (excellent mattress, blanket and pillows), cook and enjoy a good time watching TV or reading a book next to the big windows. Use of the sauna is included in the price and it was amazing to end the hiking day with a relaxing sauna session. The parking spot right next to the house is a plus. Also, the house is located 5 min away by car to the nearest K-supermarket and pharmacy. The Kellokas visitor centre is also 10 min away by car, where many hiking trails start from. Definitely a comfortable and beautiful place to come back!
