Todo en general. El emplazamiento de las instalaciones, las vistas a la naturaleza, el castillo , los animalitos, la amabilidad del personal …. Yo ya conocía el castillo y esta vez era un regalo para mi hijo y nuera y han quedado fascinados tanto con el entorno como con los desayunos y comidas y el personal que atiende las instalaciones. En resumen un bonito e idílico lugar para olvidarse del estrés diario .

In the private and peaceful grounds of Canterbury Cathedral, this stylish lodge offers free Wi-Fi, hearty breakfasts and scenic views. Canterbury’s historic centre is a 2-minute walk away. Staying on Cathedral grounds was absolutely magical. The Lodge has a very lovely large garden with a dreamy view of the cathedral, a beautiful breakfast area with a very nice outside space, and the lounge looked inviting too. Breakfast options were wonderful. The room was pretty and practical, everything was spotless. Strolling on the grounds in the evening, when all the touristy hustle and bustle was over, was meditative and magical.

The couple who own it are really friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much for them. Really good breakfast with a lot of variety to cater for all. Plus home made soda bread. ☺️

The White Horse está en Faversham, a 10 km de Estación de tren de Canterbury East, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Friendly welcome, Rooms are very comfortable and cosy. Bed is comfortable, feather duvets and pillows, quality bedding. We had room 5 at the side of the pub in the more modern part. Think this was quieter than the front rooms (but village road is quiet at night.). All meals were excellent and staff very amenable to personal food choices. We ate in the pub in the evenings, plenty of choice, though menu didn’t vary while we were there. Dog friendly 👍. Staff were all great and willingly shared their local knowledge. Bus X3 has stops nearby for easy access to Canterbury and Faversham. We would happily stay there again.

A wonderful, stylish hotel in a convenient location in the spacious city center with a view of the harbor. Cozy, tidy, and unique. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant serves exceptionally delicious dishes made from freshly caught fish, and the breakfast is perfect.

It was everything you’d hope for. Clean, homely, all the amenities you need, beautiful details everywhere. Fresh milk in the fridge, lovely owners that message you there’s an umbrella by the door when it starts raining. A dream!

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and had a well equipped kitchen. The lounge was spacious and the dining area was roomy enough for 4 adults to sit at.
