From the very first moment, I was welcomed by an amazing lady named Mariam. She was kind, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. The hotel itself is wonderful — from the outdoor pool to the service, the bar, and the breakfast, everything exceeded expectations. Special thanks to Armaz, David, Eto, Solo, Dariti, and Guro. You truly are the faces of the hotel, and you do an incredible job keeping the business running smoothly and guests happy. Keep up the great work!

The hotel ticks all the boxes for any serious traveller needs: fast and strong Wi-Fi, hot powerful shower, quality bedding for a comfortable night’s sleep, along with helpful extras like quality toiletries, soft bristle toothbrushes and toothpaste, disposable slippers, bathrobes (in the suite at least), a fab balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy great views of Mount Kazbegi and the surrounding countryside. The decor is very stylish, it is designed like an alpine lodge and then the interiors are modern and chic…they use lovely amber ambience lighting in the communal areas which is so relaxing during the evening. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful a great variety of hot and cold dishes including options with chia seeds as well as tasty pancakes, yoghurt, savoury and sweet dishes, pastries…they will also cook some breakfast dishes to order too. On top of all the above, we need to make a special mention to Luka, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, and we are very grateful to him for arranging our transport back to Tibilisi for us at short notice. The lovely manager was also so kind, we really do recommend this hotel for your stay in Kazbegi.

The surrounding area is calm and quiet too. It had everything you would need and want for a perfect getaway. Very clean and well maintained. Georgi the host was super helpful as well and offered to take us himself to visit the Trinity Church and recommended a nice spot for lunch right after The cottage has the perfect view of the Kazbegi mountain, making this booking perfect
