We really enjoyed our stay here for many reasons, the staff were very helpful and polite throughout our visit (Especially the 2 Luka's and David) even upgraded our room when we had a change of plans and stayed for longer. The room and bathroom were both clean and spacious, and we loved having a terrace to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The location is perfect aswell, it was close to everything we wanted to visit in Tbilisi. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. Would definitely recommend if you're staying in Tbilisi

I would like to especially mention the reception staff. I arrived very early in the morning and obviously the room was not ready yet, receptionist Lizzy immediately offered me a cup of coffee. Then during the day there was Tata at the reception, whom I would like to especially mention, she constantly monitored the readiness of the room and as soon as it was ready, I immediately received information. Check-in was done in a second. During the entire stay, she was always on shift during the day. Thanks to her, I always saw and felt a very cozy, friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the reception, maximum respect for guests and always a desire to help. I was amazed! Only extremely positive impressions remained. The rooms were clean. At breakfast, each of our company could find something suitable for themselves. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

A view of Kur river and Narikala fortress opens from the window. From the hotel you can walk to all the sights of the city. The morning breakfast is of high quality. The furnishings of the rooms are very high quality and comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff is exceptionally kind, every day the rooms were cleaned, tea, coffee, water, sugar were put. The car was parked in the inner courtyard of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Tbilisi.

Very nice, tidy rooms. The Team is very helpful and friendly; they have a very usefull Chat where they answer fast. We have used a transfer Service, that was the best decision. Recommend it highly. Everything is on a high level. I am very satisfied and grateful.
