Everything was excellent. When we arrived Misha was at the reception. He was very helpful with all the information we needed regarding our trip. Giving us advises and even helping us to set up the local SIM card and it wasn’t easy but he was patient and very helpful. Then we met Mrs Natia the manager of the hotel. What can I say she was there for us every second to make sure everything is running smooth and everybody is happy: the customers and the staff. Every single time we would enter or exit the hotel she would make sure if we need any help or if any service was not provided properly. We had some health issues and even for that she invested her time and helped us with medication advices and she even came to the near hospital with us to translate for what we needed. I give a full star review because everything was immaculate. Thanks to all of the stuff and for sure this is where we will be staying every time we visit Tbilisi.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Staff is super helpful and nice, place is sparkly clean, modern with great view in historical center, close to metro station as well. Breakfast was delicious, every day different options. Swimming pool, sauna, what else can you ask for!? They even have scales on the 3rd floor to weigh your suitcase in case you bought too much Giorgian wine (as I did, 30 kg 🙈) Definitely recommended!
