We really enjoyed the staff's willingness to help and answer questions. They also always smiled when assisting! We asked for a small pen and paper at the entrance and we got it. We asked to get some cash changed into smaller bills and we got it. It's such little and miscellaneous stuff but they were so happy to assist and it made us feel at ease knowing they got our back. The baristas were really great, the waiters at the buffet and restaurant were extremely helpful. The food and cocktails were so so good! They even have their own cocktail to celebrate the resort's 50 years of activity and BTW it's awesome! The food at the buffets is so diverse, they got just about everything. They got enough for you to be unable to try a little bit of everything. Ice cream, yoghurts, different types of milk, different types of pastries... honestly I'm lazy to even list more because trust me it's a lot. You get 2 visits at 2 of their restaurants for a bit of "fine dining" and my god was the food and service top notch! The views are out of this world. The pools are very clean and have great rules to make sure everyone gets to have a good time. The beach also gets cleaned regularly and is very safe. The hotel got a little tunnel to the beach so no need to cross the road that is in front. We had a small fridge, kettle. Room even had refreshments with coffee, tea, water in the fridge and creamers. It even had a small sewing kit and amenity kit. The resort is also big enough for evening walks. Aeolos nails the small details! We definitely want to revisit.

Stay was perfect. Nice owner with great contact and fast responding There was a well functioning air conditioning, so rooms were warm even in cold months (first days of april). Bed was super comfortable - pillows, matress, warm blanket. I have a chronic insomnia problems, so every little thing can disturb my sleep, but in this apartament I fell asleep really fast and had a great night. Clean bathroom and warm water. Great location, close to the airport.

Tereza met us at the entrance to give us our key despite we being late. The apartment itself was just beautiful with amazing views of both the sea and Albanian Mountains. At the last minute a 3rd guest arrived and they could not have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend this beautiful two bed apartment and its location which was just a few minutes from beautiful restaurants and all the historical sites.
