I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It’s located in a peaceful, quiet area—you don’t hear any noise at all—yet it's less than a 5-minute walk from the village, so everything is still conveniently close. The staff were warm and friendly, and our room was clean, comfortable, and refreshed daily with fresh towels. Free water at the front desk was a thoughtful touch. One of the standout features is The Pantry, located right on the property. The food is absolutely phenomenal, and their coffee is amazing—easily some of the best I’ve had on a trip. This hotel is the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices, the pool and the jacuzzies are amazing and, as there are 5 different jacuzzies, they offer intimacy at any hour. The sun beds under the natural shadow were also very appreciated. The reception services are also very client oriented. The room was comfortable and very practical furnished. The fine dining/lunch included in the room price, spoiled us with a 5 course menu, different every day. We appreciated the daily complementary shuttle to Thiera, for a wonderful sun set view.

I loved this hostel! Super safe, super clean and the hosts are very kind! The bed was comfy, and I loved the fact that you had your own privacy with the curtains. Whenever I had questions regarding my trip, the hosts were kindly giving me ideas and also connecting me with people. I am 100% sure that I am going to return!

The staff were the nicest ever! They even gave us tips and helped us with the transit when other taxis cost 40€. He only took 10€!! They were so helpful and the rooms were perfectly renovated and new! Excellent value for money especially for Mykonos

Very modern and clean hotel rooms with a lovely bathroom. The pool was beautiful and with ferry and airport transfers included for arrival and departure, as well as breakfast included, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera.

It is a very good hôtel, very well situed in Fira (near the bus stop and near the caldeira). The bedroom is confortable and clean, and we have enjoyed the swimming pool ! Thank you very much Katerina for your hospitality !
