Everything! From the moment we got there until the end this stay was absolutely a dream! The service was exceptional! The staff were all so wonderful and the hotel itself was so so beautiful. I was so sad to leave. The hotel manager Chronis was absolutely a Gem! He Made sure our stay was great, and checked in on us to make sure everything was great or if we needed anything at all. He even walked us to the car to ensure everything went smoothly. The Restaurant for breakfast was so wonderful. Their fresh orange juice is to die for and the staff were amazing! The lady that manages the restaurant is so sweet, she basically told us all the places we should visit and even gave us local restaurants to try! We will definitely be back! Thank you amazon suites for such an amazing stay!

Me and my family loved everything. The hotel is exactly like in the pictures, the owners of the hotel and the staff are some of the warmest most kind people we met. They picked us up from the ferry port and later that evening we wanted to eat somewhere, and they drove us to town even if the hotel is very close to town they gave us a ride. And even when we were leaving they drove us to the port again. Anything you ask for they try to fix. The hotel is really nice, the yard and the pool likewise. They give you any information and help that you ask for. We were there to celebrate our mothers 60th birthday and the entire family loved the stay. They gave us tips on where to eat for our mother's celebration and much more. We also rented a car via the hotel which was very convenient to just have the car outside of the hotel. You can also park the car for free at the hotel. And also the Iland, I will definitely visit Naxos again and when so I will stay at the Naxos Village Hotel again! At the hotel there is a restaurant named Pantry, their breakfast is delicious we ate there every morning. And also the owners of the restaurant lovely people. Warm and family friendly. We honestly have nothing bad to say, everything was great!

Anais is located just 800 metres from the centre of Mykonos Town. It features a traditional, Cycladic architecture with white-washed walls. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas.

We like plenty, first reception went above and beyond to help us with our troubles (airport lost our luggage and it arrived day later). Really without help from Anais stuff it would be really bad. They provide us with a lot of help with information about transportation, taxis, buses etc. Also they where fully equipped with information about island, city, monuments, shopping. Really well organized with photos, maps, brochures. Better then local information center really. Regarding apartments it was exactly what we needed and more with place to rest and chill after long day outside with tables. Apartments are equipped all you need (glass, fridge, climatic, towels etc). Everything top notch. Staying in Anais was one of highlights of our holidays in Greece this years. For lady from reception - if you read this - once again many thanks and best regards to you.

We were absolutely surprised with the hospitality of the staff, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The room itself is great, really spacious and clean. The location is unbeatable, just 2 mins away from the center of Fira and 5 mins from the bus station that takes you to the airport and the port, but we also want to really recommend the shuttle of the hotel to the airport, is really convenient and cheap! If we have the chance to come back to Santorini we will surely stay here again! Thank you for everything 🫶🏻☺️

All the staff was great. Thanos, the spa, pool bar, restaurant, frontdesk and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful, always trying to make the best of our stay. The rooms and hotel facilities are excellent and very clean. The breakfast is amazing! We totally recommend staying at Palladium.
