Close to the old harbour, terrific rooms (we had one with a huge jacuzzi that my wife thoroughly enjoyed!), very clean and the owner and staff are delightful and extremely helpful. It exceeded our expectations and we were very happy staying there. The coffee machine stopped working and it was immediately replaced - fantastic customer service! Even the WiFi was excellent.

Dior was super helpful and welcoming. Hina also assisted us well during our stay and Zaheer helped us with our heavy luggages and transfers to and from the hotel to the airport. Great staff, location close to the centre of Fira plus very comfortable bed and facilities. I will stay here again and will not hesitate to recommend.

Very clean. Well located. Walking distance to the center. The staff and Cristina were really friendly and we had a warm welcome. They helped us to rent a car. Breakfast is offered on a side restaurant and has nice options starting 10 euros. Pet friendly hotel and restaurant. We had a amazing stay with our small dog Mila. :)

Beautiful hotel just like in the picture. Clean, quiet, very silent air conditioner. The staff is very kind, there was someone waiting for us even though we arrived after the check in time. They also send us the code to the door so we can check in ourselves. Clean room, comfortable bed. And a wonderful not very expensive breakfast. The parking is on the street but there is no problem you can easily find a parking spot.
