Close to the old harbour, terrific rooms (we had one with a huge jacuzzi that my wife thoroughly enjoyed!), very clean and the owner and staff are delightful and extremely helpful. It exceeded our expectations and we were very happy staying there. The coffee machine stopped working and it was immediately replaced - fantastic customer service! Even the WiFi was excellent.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in walking distance from the old town and marina. Loved how clean it was and staff also left water, watermelon and veggies from the garden which was such a nice touch. Beautiful property and excellent service. We had a wonderful experience. Dior was super helpful and welcoming. Hina also assisted us well during our stay and Zaheer helped us with our heavy luggages and transfers to and from the hotel to the airport. Great staff, location close to the centre of Fira plus very comfortable bed and facilities. I will stay here again and will not hesitate to recommend.

Stay 365 Heraklion Apart Hotel ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่เดินทางไปหาด Amoudara Beach ได้ใน 1.3 กม. I was initially unsure about booking since the hotel seemed a bit away from the city centre, but transport turned out to be extremely convenient. The room was spotless and everything felt well thought out. The receptionist was genuinely helpful and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. A nice touch was the small candies and the vending machine in the lobby. Overall, a great experience.
