Great location if you want to stay near Mylopotas Beach - only a few minutes walk down the hill to the beach. Lovely spacious apartment - we got upgraded to a room with a private pool after there was a problem with our original booking. Very clean and great having fresh linen each day. The shared pool is lovely with an amazing view over the beach. About 1.5km walk uphill to the Old Town of Ios, but there is a bus stop right outside and restaurants close by on the beach.

The room was very spacious, clean and cozy with a nice terrace with great views of the port and island. It had all the amenities we needed. I liked that the hotel was structured like a tiny Greek village. It was very close to the port and just a 10-15 minutes walk to chora. There is a bus station in front of the hotel, which makes it very accessible to the beaches and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We had an amazing stay in Ios, thanks to Vaggelis and his wonderful hospitality. He was incredibly kind to us, even allowing us to take stunning sunset photos from the rooftop. The accommodation was impeccable, with daily cleaning, fresh sheets and towels, and the bins changed regularly. The location couldn't have been better—super close to everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

Wow! Villa Giulia is even more beautiful in person. We stayed here with a group of friends and couldn’t recommend it more. Our host, Giulia, was amazing and helpful in every way. The accomodation was great and we loved spending time by the beautiful pool area with the incredible views. There is a restaurant next door who can bring your food to you by the pool. The location is great to access everything that Ios has to offer. Thank you once again Giulia, we will be back!

Comfortable accomodation in a great location. Everything you need. 2 min walk from the beach and very easy access into Ios town with the bus stop also a 2 min walk away and buses running every 15 mins. The room was clean, staff were extremely accomodating and friendly, providing all amenities as needed. The owner saw we were using a kitchen pot for a kettle and provided an electric kettle without us even asking. Would stay again

Usually the pictures make a property look nicer than it actually is. However, Petra holiday village was just as nice as the photos (if not nicer) and has stunning views of the sea which is only a 5 second walk across the road to get to. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. One night, I struggled to find the property where I was staying, but two staff members woke up from their sleep to help me find where it was. Could not complain at all. Would definitely recommend to others without hesitation.
