Italy✅ Beautiful experience of returning to Ios after a few years.
🏡The small residence is 5 minutes walk from the port, in a quiet area a few steps from the sea. The structure is new and very welcoming, managed with great care. There are 4 apartments with different combinations of space/beds. We were in the 4-room, comfortable with 2 rooms, kitchenette (without fires) and bathroom, with a beautiful outdoor patio used both for breakfast and for relaxing in the late afternoon when returning from the sea.
🪞The apartment is very well-kept and very clean, furnished with great taste, essential and modern. Different space to store bags and clothes.
🫧The cleaning is daily with always the change of towels! An added value.
🛁The bathroom is spacious, with a comfortable shower and a spacious sink also to put the beauty things.
Equipped with air conditioning and very functional new windows with useful mosquito nets.
🧼The cleanliness of the structure is exceptional.
🙎♀️The most beautiful part, however, is the welcome of Rebecca, a very kind person and always smiling. From the first moment always available for any need. We exchanged several pleasant chats, on the island and on the places to discover in general. He always made us find drinks in the fridge and one morning he also brought us some excellent hot croissants.
💐The beauty of a place always depends on the company you travel with and the welcome you receive. Rebecca made the stay pleasant and unique; when things are managed with passion and dedication everything is better. Thank you very much for making these days serene and pleasant!

RomaniaAmazing stay in Ios island, it’s by far the best accommodation we stayed in Greece, and we stayed in quite a lot! Everything was perfect, from the room to the breathtaking view, most wonderful sunsets that we could see from our pool terrace, the room itself was very clean and cosy, in the most traditional cycladic modern decorations. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, they gave us the best room and were super helpful with everything we needed. Really nothing more to add just a recommendation to stay here when you are in Ios, I cannot imaginr a better and more authentic yet stylish location on the island. Thank you for a memorable vacation!!

UruguayWe had an amazing stay at this apartment! The owners were incredibly sweet and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was even nicer than it looked in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. One of the highlights was the fantastic terrace with a stunning view, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or having breakfast. The location was also ideal, just two blocks from the chora, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to everything, including the bus station. Another plus side: we had clean towels every day . Highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay!

The photos of the Hotel are exactly how it is,beautiful.
The rooms are kept so clean, lovely little extras in the room and bathroom.
The views are to die for, perfect location.
The breakfast choice is huge and freshly squeezed orange just and a choice of quality coffees.
The staff are so professional but friendly. Thank you all for a relaxing stay. We feel we have been lucky to find this place, as it’s a perfect location for beach port and restaurants.
The drinks at the bar is excellent and good conversation with Stephanos he looked after us so well.
This is our 3 rd time in IOS and wish we had found it a few years ago. We would recommend to anyone, everything is so perfect.
Thank you again to all the staff they are a credit to your hotel.

We had an amazing stay in Ios, thanks to Vaggelis and his wonderful hospitality. He was incredibly kind to us, even allowing us to take stunning sunset photos from the rooftop. The accommodation was impeccable, with daily cleaning, fresh sheets and towels, and the bins changed regularly. The location couldn't have been better—super close to everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

Wow! Villa Giulia is even more beautiful in person. We stayed here with a group of friends and couldn’t recommend it more. Our host, Giulia, was amazing and helpful in every way. The accomodation was great and we loved spending time by the beautiful pool area with the incredible views. There is a restaurant next door who can bring your food to you by the pool. The location is great to access everything that Ios has to offer. Thank you once again Giulia, we will be back!

The owner and his son were very friendly and the location was in the main road of Chora, the main city of Ios. Accommodations were great - clean and tidy. I enjoyed talking to the owner and his son and they gave great recommendations. Definitely one of the best properties I’ve stayed at.

Village twins were excellent in their communication with us and provided transport to the accomodation without any extra costs which was such a bonus! The staff were lovely and the location was more than ideal! The accomodation was perfect for how long we stayed and the activities we planned.
