This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The attentiveness and professionalism of absolutely every staff member - is beyond imaginable. Ask something one day - the next day an absolutely different reception shift which you never saw - greets you like they know you for weeks and remembers everything you ever asked during previous days from different reception personnel. And no - there's no "let me check in the computer", they just know! Breakfast personnel - yes, they know what you like, from your previous morning there (and, BTW, breakfast until 11am is a great idea). Everyone speaks perfect English, everyone is always smiling. No idea what's the secret there, but this place is managed in an absolutely perfect way.

Our recent experience at The Mavili urban stay was truly memorable, thanks to the exemplary attitude and swift action of the management. While we initially had a small hiccup with a room downgrade (due to an unavoidable issue with our reserved room), the way the situation was handled turned our frustration into pure delight. We were so impressed and happy with the remedy offered. The entire staff, without exception, was absolutely incredible. From the friendly reception team (all of them) to the diligent cleaning crew, the cheerful breakfast staff, and the top-notch management. Every member made us feel welcome and valued. As for the facility and room, the hotel appears to be newly renovated throughout, featuring a nice modern touch. The whole hotel, including our room, was absolutely spotless. The beds were super comfy, room size was spacious, all in all, the physical space was perfect. We left with a stellar impression and highly recommend this hotel! The service here is nothing short of exemplary. Looking forward to going back.

ON Residence - Small Luxury Hotels of the World ligger i Thessaloniki och erbjuder en gemensam lounge, en terrass, en restaurang och en bar. The place is wonderfully. Room was spacious on the 7th floor with very nice view. All the facilities in the room were excellent. Breakfast is very nice and good variety, served in beautifull restaurant :). All the staff are amazing.
