What isn't to like about mitsis selection Alila, as you enter you are greeted with smiles and passion this hotel far exceeded our expectations, after spending 2.5 weeks in Italy and dealing with below average service the team at mitsis showcased just what 5 star accommodation and service looks like. When we read all inclusive it is normal to question its validity, however all inclusive really means all inclusive everything from drinking to eating our family are leaving 5kg heavier but definitely happier. I'll take a moment to thank some individuals who made it a more personable touch although all were exceptional these individuals made our stay that much more inclusive, the day spa crew are welcoming patient and show care and dedication to all that they do, Tassos Ftaklas you will see him with a big smile greeted and making your experience more personable thank you, Aris from the italian restaurant showcased exceptional service , Amalia from the Greek restaurant Ellendiko deserves more recognition and credit Amalia took the time to get to know our table and ensured we experienced a true Greek experience, thank you Amalia , last but not least Gregoria from the bar, from the start you epitomised outstanding customer service your friendly smile and warm goodbye showed the true Rhoditian spirit . I'll leave with this I come from a service background I know what good service looks like, to me it is the ability to treat all your guests like royalty. This hotel fully met our expectations, and in some aspects even exceeded them. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, quite spacious for a hotel, and having a private terrace with direct access to the pool added even more to the holiday mood. Housekeeping was done every day, so whenever we returned from the sea, the room was always clean and cozy. The soundproofing was quite good, except for the occasional noise when someone used the stairs in the neighboring room, but it was hardly noticeable. I especially want to highlight the hotel’s restaurant. This is a separate point and a huge advantage of the hotel. The breakfasts served there were incredibly delicious, included in the room price, and for an additional fee, we could enjoy VERY tasty lunches and dinners with beautifully presented dishes. Since we mostly dined at restaurants during our stay, this was probably the best restaurant on the entire island, with surprisingly reasonable prices. I would also like to mention Angela, one of the hotel restaurant staff members — thanks to her, this vacation became one of the best in our lives. A personal recommendation: ask Angela for advice on restaurants in Rhodes if you want to try some local cuisine. Every recommendation she gave was spot on and of the highest quality.
