Superb location with easy beach access: through the gate, cross the quiet road, down a few steps, and into the water. There are beautiful rocks and lagoons if you love snorkelling. But first: sipping espresso under the villa's olive tree watching a sunrise (moonrise also available from the comfort of the terrace under a ceiling fan). There is a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher plus many small appliances too. It is an easy 20-minute walk to the town centre along the beautiful seashore. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away. Good wifi and air conditioning throughout the villa. The bed is fine but it is firm. There is a nearby taverna but we only saw it open a couple of times (we came in early September); The beach bar opposite is good for those days you forget to buy coffee pods albeit expensive. The host is ever so friendly and helpful; when we needed some sharper kitchen knives for cooking with she had them to us later the same day! She also helped with booking a taxi to and from the villa from the ferry with our bags (€15 each way). Aside: we highly recommend hiring an eBike to explore the island (€25 for 24h from LifeCycle). There is a bike rack at the villa, too. If you come in September then be sure to check which Saturday has the Armata festival - it is not to be missed! Highly recommend this villa; We had a very relaxing holiday here.

Everything was excellent. The Villa was amazing, very comfortable, clear, and has private room for house keeping. Villa offers you the opportunity to relax and feel like your home. It is unique for families and for teenagers. All bars, restaurants and night life is very close to the property. I hope next summer visit the Villa for at least two months.

Great location, modern comfortable room with a million dollar view, staff were fantastic, service wonderful. Can’t fault it.

Beautiful new hotel that’s been decorated to a very high standard in a modern island style. The location is perfect. You can walk easily to the beach and restaurants from a central position. Best of all was the owner Fotis. He called ahead of time to make sure we had the best way to travel to Spetses. He provided a personal touch throughout our stay. What a wonderful host.

Highly recommend the Yayaki in every respect - wonderful room in a beautifully appointed property with everything one could wish for to enjoy a lovely stay. Karl and the team offer faultless customer service and a beautiful environment. Delicious breakfast every morning, lovely pool, perfect spot to get out for a walk, a great local lunch or dinner, go shopping, or to swim from the beach. Great location for a short or longer stay.
