Accommodation in Spetses

Everething was excellent. Dora was amazing, helpful.

Location was perfect. Really good breakfast.

I wanted a hotel away from the port and closer to the beaches. We were pleasantly surprised as the hotel is very pretty and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty with great options to accommodate our group.

It was perfect. Staff are amazingly friendly. Room was huge and the breakfast was so fresh and full of homemade food

The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. Can’t wait to go back. The host were very helpful and friendly giving recommendations and advice, nothing was too much trouble

Very good apartment in the best location. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The room was always super clean!! Highly recommended!

The property was exceptionally well organized and perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from the harbor and surrounded by everything you could need, like bars, bakeries, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The room was cozy, beautifully furnished, and featured a lovely balcony with a charming garden view. It was also equipped with everything we needed, including an iron, hairdryer, slippers, and more. Aurelia, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to assist us with our luggage from and to the port and anything else we needed. We were treated to a complimentary welcome breakfast at a nearby restaurant, two bottle of wine upon arrival, and capsules of nespresso coffee and water provided each morning. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Amazing little hotel, the staff are so helpful. They helped take the bags up the stairs to our room on arrival and drove them back down to the port for us on departure. The hotel was very clean with a lovely pool area. Had a very authentic traditional greek feel to it with very nice balconies. The breakfast selection wasn’t massive but good enough. Would highly recommend this hotel, the people running it are just amazing.

Fotis and Yro are warm and welcoming. They take care of you, helping with suggestions and good hint. If you are coming to Spetses, this is definitely the place to go.

the environment is very much personalized, the guests enjoy a high level of discretion and cozyness at the same time. the staff is very friendly and one feels at home, while enjoying privacy

Everything was amazing. Stunning location with views of Port and beach. Generous breakfast included. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The owners were very nice, offered us a bigger room and as we were the last guests of the season gave us some sweets as a present and organised for us a taxi. Great place!

The property is an old renovated Greek mansion with big windows and spotless rooms. We enjoyed our room and our view so much. The hosts are the sweetest people ever and they are willing to answer any question you have, they recommended us the best beach in the island and a few dining spots. If we come back to Spetses, we would definitely stay here.

It's a really clean and comfortable apartment with plenty of space, very well equipped and modern kitchen and bathroom (great shower). Also very close to the bars and restaurants of the old harbour. The host was great, checking that everything was going well and answering questions quickly.

Wonderful hotel. Great location and the staff are lovely.

Friendly atmosphere, great off season experience

We fell in love with the whole island Spetses and also Villa Kalomira. Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, beautiful place, very well located and the most wonderful host. We will come back! Thank you so much for everything <3

Super nice, clean and well equipped

A magical place... We really loved everything in this hotel. The service, the structure, the details... It is really a 5 star experience. We were there in the spring, so it was also a good value for money.

Guesthouse Niriides is a really lovely place to stay, a beautifully restored old building with modern amenities yet retaing its old world charm. Our host was delightful and couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was home made and delicious with different breads/cakes and fruit every morning. The jams and preserves were freshly made by her mother who was equally generous and gave us pot of apricot jam to take home. The bed... well.. we were first to try the new comfort bed that arrived and it was heaven! We cannot recommend Niriides enough. We will return... in the autumn next time! Loved it!

We had a lovely stay at Vila Kriezi, made especially memorable by the warm hospitality of the owner Panos. He was incredibly kind, listening carefully to our requests and accommodating them with genuine care. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in the peaceful courtyard under lemon trees – fresh fruit and vegetables, Greek yogurt, cereals, delicious bread, cheese, salami, boiled eggs, sweet and savory pastries, and great tea. It was a perfect way to start the day. The location of Vila Kriezi is ideal – just about a 7-minute walk from the port, which made exploring the town easily and catching boats very convenient, yet it’s tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. There are several charming tavernas and restaurants just a short stroll from Vila Kriezi, offering authentic Greek cuisine—from fresh seafood by the waterfront to cozy family-run spots serving classic local specialties. This authentic place with heartfelt Greek hospitality truly elevated our stay and left us with warm memories.

Fabulous hotel!!! Rooms are gorgeous and spotless, pool/bar/eating area is just stunning and breakfast was delicious every morning!!!! Couldn’t rate it more highly!

We had an amazing time at the Nymfes Villas. The 3-bedroom villa was perfect for our family of 5 and the pool was beautiful, as were all the facilities. Mr Kariakos and Evaggelia were wonderful to us and helped us with everything we needed during our week-long stay. Highly recommended and looking forward to coming back.

Beachfront location with a beach view!
