Highly recommend the Yayaki in every respect - wonderful room in a beautifully appointed property with everything one could wish for to enjoy a lovely stay. Karl and the team offer faultless customer service and a beautiful environment. Delicious breakfast every morning, lovely pool, perfect spot to get out for a walk, a great local lunch or dinner, go shopping, or to swim from the beach. Great location for a short or longer stay.

The apartment is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the new port of Spetses. The photos are representative of the apartment, and everything looks and feels new and neat. The host, Mrs Archodoula greeted us warmly when we first arrived and she was very kind throughout our stay. Her daughter, Mariasophie, was responsible for the back office work of sending us the receipts and give us directions to find the home etc, and communication with her was fast and efficient. All in all, I would highly recommend this place both for the location and the hosts!

Tina and her family have been so nice and helpful! They made our holiday great! The breakfast was incredible (all made with homemade dishes) and the room was very clean and comfortable! Thanks to all the staff (also the waiter and the clean room lady that have been so nice!)

Accommodation was superb. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Roof terrace was spacious with great views and having breakfast in the walled garden was delightful. Breakfasts were excellent. We loved our stay at Arolithos.

Family run business. Everybody was making his best to ensure we had a very pleasant stay. Every morning we had a GREAT breakfast prepared in house by Mrs Maria. An excellent cook ! Home made pies, bread, chocolate and orange cakes and the best orange marmalade I ever tasted! She even prepared her own pizza with her own pastry recipe. All these, on top of the traditional English breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants etc etc. The hotel is fairly priced and good value for money accommodation near the vibrant old port area of Spetses.

I had stayed few years ago and Niirides is still a place of choice for a short vacation . Just 3 minutes away from the main port, in a very quiet neighborhood, it’s the ideal place to stay. The room was squeaky clean and the breakfast was fresh and produced just that time. If I would make a suggestion it would be about the pillows .

Aurelia created a perfect guesthouse for any kind of traveller. The cozy atmosphere coupled with an extreme attention to detail creates that holiday vibe while still reminding you of home. The hosts are a sweet couple always available and ready to go the extra mile for their guests. We loved our stay in Argonaftis and will definitely come back if ever we’re back in Spetses. This is probably one of the best accommodations I've ever had in a Greek island. The house has all modern amenities but at the same time it gives you the sense of a true old island house. The owner (Babis) is very friendly, easy going and very generous. When we arrived we realize that the fridge was full of goodies (including fresh fruits, wine, milk, juices, eggs, variety of jams etc). We really enjoyed our stay and we thank Babis for that!
