The beach was beautiful and clean. the grounds were kept well, the room was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and courteous. We felt welcomed from the beginning to the end. The resort had great food options, beautiful pool and sitting areas to enjoy the time there. It made my vacation extremely relaxing and beautiful. I made incredible memories staying at Trikora Beach Club and Resort. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an excellent vacation in Bintan.

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The resort is unique and very beautiful, with direct beach access. All the staff and hosts were very friendly, and the in-room amenities were complete. I loved the bath soap, it smelled really good! The air conditioner worked perfectly. Upon arrival, they welcomed me with coconut water and local snacks, which were delicious. The food at their restaurant was also very good, with an authentic local taste. I will definitely come back to Lawa!

Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, which made the stay feel very personal and comforting. The spa massage deserves a special mention. It was, without exaggeration, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Deeply relaxing and professionally done — a must-try if you’re staying here. The food was excellent. Meals are not buffet-style; instead, your chosen main dishes are served with complimentary and generous side dishes. Overall, Sadi Beach House felt less like a resort and more like a second home. The peaceful environment, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, restful, and heartfelt getaway.

Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

I like the toilet. Its an open concept🤭The staffs are all super friendly from the gardener to the driver and all especially Ms Linda and Mr Erik, they really go all out to meet customer's need. The food provided was yummy, catered to all ages as well
