There are in good conditions and with a full tank. - Good restaurant next door, for your breakfast. We'll book here again if we visit again Samosir island.

Hiljuti renoveeritud külalistemaja Hub Tata asub Tuk Tuk'is. Külalistemajal on aed. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade järvele. Ilusa ilmaga on külalised teretulnud välja istuma. This is one of the nicest places (guesthouses) I have ever stayed on my travels. I had 1 of the 2 rooms downstairs right by the water, get up and from your bed you have a view of the lake and the mountains.  Fantastic owner Nia but also a very good and friendly team behind her give you a very welcome feeling right away. I really can't say anything negative about this accommodation. Please note that this is a guesthouse, not a 5* luxury hotel.  The small beautifully maintained garden and all the plants everywhere contribute to a very nice atmosphere.  Please note that the rooms downstairs are more difficult to reach for people who are not very mobile due to the steep stairs (15 steps). There are rooms higher up but of course they lack the charm of staying close to the water.  The restaurant of this guesthouse (with a very nice view) is also worth it. A few special things on the menu but super tasty; definitely try the immune booster. The best restaurants for dinner for me (Hub Tata restaurant closes at 7PM) are on the other side of Tuktuk (15-20 minutes walk) but you can also rent a scooter at Nia.  I would have liked to stay longer but the room was fully booked so book in advance and keep in mind that the Samosir peninsula is so nice that you will probably want to stay longer than planned.

Set in Tuk Tuk, Zoé’s Paradise Waterfront Hotel offers 3-star accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. The thing we liked the most was the staff. We have experienced friendly staff in a lot of places, but here people go out of their way to be the friendliest staff possible. Great service, always a smile, thinking with us, giving great tips and recommendations and everyday a great job. Other than that we liked the food, the rooms, the overall service, the location. Would definitely return here.

Pondok Ganda is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Ambarita, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Everything seem to be very good and mikael is also a nice and helpful host.. Thanks mikael for having us

Situated in Tuk Tuk in the Sumatra region, Bloom Home Stay has a balcony. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. All units in the homestay are fitted with a kettle. For me.it was 10. I had everything I needed. The room was clean, the bed comfortabl. Hot water.

Perfect place to relax directly at the lake. Beautiful garden and pool area with many options for staying. Nice restaurant but food s not very indonesien. The tours offered are excellent. Everything is in excellent condition and very tastefully decorated.

The location, the host, the room, the balcony, everything. Walking distance to everything, on the main road but still quiet, love the quiet morning view from the balcony. They have a restaurant downstairs, good and affordable food. The best for the price.

Best place ever. The location is fantastic, the host is fabulous! direct access to the lake for swimming. 2 bedrooms, atlhough in the description it looks that there is only one, but there are 2. Do not hesitate to book! The house is very clean also. We had a great time here!

Ruma Kaca Simanindo Bed Breakfast asub Batu Hoda rannast 2,3 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on rõdu, erarand ja aed. Rannaäärsel majutusasutusel on terrass ja tasuta eraparkla. We stayed for 2 nights at Ruma Kaca, Tiolina’s beautiful “house of glass” in Simanindo, and it was truly special. The view over Lake Toba, the lush garden full of flowers and plants, and even the small Batak culture museum make this place unforgettable. Tiolina is an exceptional host, incredibly kind and helpful. She arranged a driver to show us around the island and gave great advice for taking the ferry. The food was delicious, and nothing was ever too much to ask. The location is outstanding, and if you get the chance, ask her to sing! Her traditional Batak songs accompanied by her slightly out-of-tune piano only add to the charm of this magical place.
