The lodge was perfectly situated for the hike. The hosts could not have been more hospitable- Ken gave us a warm welcome and Julie gave us the best tips for the day, all hand written. This place was recommended to us by family, and we absolutely recommend it to anyone. And did I mention the yummy breakfast?! A true Donegal experience, surrounded by an amazing landscape.

Just 3 minutes' walk from the beach in Buncrana, The Harbour Inn sits on a hillside overlooking the sandy beaches of Lough Swilly. Quiet hotel in the right location to explore Inishowen. Julie behind the bar gave great recommendations, all of which were fabulous. Nancy's barn for the sea food chowder for lunch was a treat. Thanks.

The Mill Park Hotel is a luxurious 4-star hotel located a mere 10 minutes' walk from historic Donegal Town. Offering free WiFi, a swimming pool, a restaurant and ample free parking. Love this hotel have lost count of how many times we've stayed. Food in the restaurant is excellent and so is the breakfast in the morning.

This was an amazing place to stay. We arrived in the dark, so we gorgeous location was a wonderful surprise in the morning. The house was fantastic. We were very comfortable. We would love to go back and stay longer.
