I loved how modern and sleek the hotel was. It was extremely comfortable, quiet and in a great location. Staff were lovely and breakfast was delicious. I will certainly be staying here again.

Glad to have an elevator with our large suitcases and the room was freshly made up for us again the next day. Beautifully appointed and clean. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. There’s a small fridge in the room, and we even found a few breakfast items inside — a nice touch! Also, a big plus for the parking space behind the building.

The Rooms At Firecastle is set in Kildare's market square, overlooking St Brigid's Cathedral. Ease of entry and the operation of the shower: seems minor but after travelling thru areas with three point locks and an engineering degree to operate the shower it was a pleasure to encounter simple: after all you just want in the room and for the water to flow:
