We had an amazing 8-night stay at Rajhat Marano House, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the seamless pre-arrival arrangements to the warm hospitality throughout our stay, everything was well taken care of. Pre-Arrival & Check-in: The host helped arrange our airport transfer and transportation for two days of excursions, making our trip hassle-free from the start. Accommodation & Facilities: Our room was excellent—sparkling clean, well-maintained, and equipped with both AC and a fan, an attached bathroom, and all the basic amenities we needed. Accessibility was a plus, with an elevator available to reach our floor. Location & Surroundings: Rajhat Marano House is located in a peaceful neighborhood, yet it is conveniently close to everything. The Maha Bodhi Temple is less than 200m away (a 5-minute walk via the Bodhgaya Gov Hospital shortcut, accessible from 5 AM to 9 PM). Plenty of eateries—including cafes, food stalls, restaurants, and bakeries—are within the same walking distance, making it easy to explore the locals. Hospitality: The host was incredibly attentive and helpful with all our requests, making us feel right at home. What made our stay even more special was the host’s warm accommodation of our interest in local delicacies, which led us to privately name our favorite food gathering spot as “Osama Kitchen.” The highlight of every meal? A humble yet comforting cup of chai, never failing to delight us! Overall, Rajhat Marano House provided a wonderful stay with top-notch hospitality, great location, and excellent accommodations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bodhgaya!
