Absolutely lovely place to stay, everything perfect. Brand new building, beautifully designed in pristine gardens. Excellent staff, excellent restaurant, very clean and comfortable rooms with great views across the scenery. This place is perfect, and is amazing value for money, especially on half board. Staff incredibly helpful, nothing too much trouble.

We had room only basis and the location is perfect since the local beach is just walking distance and train station is just 3 min away Clean linen and bathroom, Thanks to owner vimal’s wife for providing hot drinking water since I had cold and this helped me a lot 😊 overall great experience.

The hotel had opened on the day i stayed! The staff were amazing and so accomodating. Staying in a brand new room felt fun and if there were any issues (just due to it being just opened), the staff were sure to sort them out immediately! I felt like the most special guest in the hotel and this was appreciated.

Brilliant place to stay, safe and quiet neighborhood 10 mins walk from fort kochi area and 15 mins from the palace. Manoj and family team were great, had us trying a new kerala breakfast everyday, helped us out with getting our train tickets for our onward journey. Big bed, great AC and fan, good mosquito netting all over the house, didn’t get any bites inside the room. Would definitely recommend staying here. Very clean!
