It never felt like I was just a guest, more like I was staying with friends. The best part? The people. I met some amazing souls during my stay and made new friends effortlessly. Conversations flowed, laughs were shared, and the atmosphere made it so easy to connect. If you’re looking for a place in Pondy with good energy, kind hosts, and a community feel — Unpack Hostel is it. Would happily stay here again ❤️

LA VILLA ligger 500 meter från Sri Aurobindo Ashram, 1 km från det populära Goubert-marknaden och 1,5 km från Pondicherrys järnvägsstation. Här erbjuds en utomhuspool, en trädgård och en terrass. Amazing food and service. Very cosy and homey, and even a bit trendy/cool vibe. Felt very personal. I travelling alone and it was great for that too.

I can't rate Maison Perumal highly enough! The building is beautiful, and our room was wonderful, large, very comfortable, with black-out curtains, and facing into a quiet courtyard filled with plants. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and helped us to organise activities and trips. We participated in a cooking demonstration which was fantastic - and breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were delicious. Thank you!
