He helped book me a taxi from the airport when I didn’t have cash, set up a sightseeing tour for me, and gave me recommendations on places to visit. - The house was comfortable and clean, and the view from the rooftop is amazing! Unfortunately I had to leave before trying breakfast, but AJ packed me a breakfast to go. - The family was very friendly, including the kids! I got to learn a lot about Indian culture and way of life by chatting with them

The property was amazing and palace like. The decoration in each floor and the room was mind blowing. The hotel staff were so humble, kind and very helpful. Everything about the hotel was commendable. If anyone wants to experience authentic Jaipur experience, you must visit this hotel rather than standard hotels .

I did have an absolutely amazing time at Turtle hostel. Amazing service and one of the few places to have a parking facility. It would take a bit of skill to park considering the busy streets of Udaipur. However this place has an amazing view to lake Pichola and all the bustling places. The service is amazing and the hosts were great to accommodate requests, and readily available to hear the same. The room was clean, cozy and the terrace had a view of the whole city.

We like everything but first let me talk about the host. Raksha and Lokesh are best hosts you could get in this beautiful city. Very polite very hospitable. Rooms were specious. View from rooftop is THE BEST. Home away from HOME kinda feeling. Mehrangarh is walkable if you wish to trek up. Blue lanes are at walkable distance. Markets, clock tower is nearby. The property is more than 400 year old very well kept heritage . Cleanliness is 10/10. They have decorated each and every corner of the house. The welcome when we arrived was heartwarming. Thanks for opening your house so that travelers like us could experience this heritage, culture just like locals.

Amazing location. The hotel is lovely. Our rooms were big and so were the bathrooms. It’s a lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of the old city. I highly recommend the restaurant and bar in their other hotel next door!
