We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Akureyri. Although our room was quite small, it was very cozy, comfortable, and well designed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the towels were fresh and soft. The bathroom amenities smelled amazing and were of excellent quality, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food to choose from. The freshly baked cinnamon rolls were absolutely amazing—soft, flavorful, and some of the best we have ever tasted! The hotel also has elevators, which is very convenient, especially when travelling with luggage. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Akureyri to anyone visiting North Iceland.
