United KingdomWhat an absolute gem . The photos don’t quite capture the charm of the place. Super comfy bed and great rooftop views over Anghiari. What we loved the most is the generosity of the hosts, the extra coffee pods they supplied us with when I mentioned how much I enjoyed my coffee in the morning. The fully stacked kitchen with breakfast bits, including gluten free biscuits, yogurts and milk in the fridge.
You could choose to have fizzy water or naturally chilled, coffee or cappuccino! To top it all Antonio and Cinzia provided us with a cake, which considering we were the only guests (off peak of course) was very generous .
We felt thoroughly spoilt and as hosts ourselves we appreciate how this makes us feel.

Also you will find a coffee machine, washing machine and a microvawe oven. Everything is new! The location is great - just few meters from a town center, pizzeria and a bar. Free parking around the property - at least two big parking lots. Terme Antica Querciolaia is just few minutes away by car.
Also just few minutes from a train station from where you can go to Siena, Montepulciano and etc. The host is very helpful!

Erboli Residence is a great place for your stay in Tuscany. We are a family with 2 teenagers and stayed at a 2 floor apartment with 2 bedrooms. The accommodation had everything that we needed. The pool area was highly appreciated in the end of the afternoons. The staff was great and very welcoming. Location is really good to go to the cities in central Tuscany. We strong recommend this place!

The accommodation was very tastefully decorated, spacious & immaculately clean.
The hosts couldn't be more pleasant and helpful, indeed helping my family out when we had a mini crisis on holiday, nothing was too much bother to them.
The location was very central to all the cafe's, bars & restaurants.
Highly recommend this charming town house.

Our second stay here, some things were changed, like the game room is not there anymore, the playground has moved to a better place, but we still love it there & will return in August. Valentina is an excellent host, the wifi is super fast, a fantastic place for a holiday.

A beautiful medieval tower set in Sansepolcro. The location was perfect to walk anywhere in the town and enjoy the sights. We were met by Andrea and shown the property and how everything worked.
The terrace at the top of the tower was perfect. At the end of the day, we enjoyed a delightful 360-degree view of the surrounding area of Sansepolcro with a glass of local wine and fresh produce.
The accommodation was extremely comfortable and a perfect location for our holiday. We would definitely return. Thank you, Andrea!

This was a piece of paradise: the property itself is lovely, set along a river with gardens and woods, and the accommodations were spacious and private. The breakfasts were absolutely stupendous and abundant, and the hosts were very gracious and accommodating.

Everything about this accommodation is perfect.
There are several buildings, guest gardens, lawn gardens, and a swimming pool on a tall and spacious site. The view from the top of the mountain is really nice. The accommodation is spacious and opulent. It's also good for a walk. Be sure to attend dinner. The food and atmosphere were really great and chatting with neighbors from other rooms was great. Breakfast is also great. With many long-term guests, you can have the perfect vacation.

A family owned place that have accommodation and vineyards. The couple there are not only nice and service oriented but help with everything that relates to the stay, from recommendations, tips and dinner reservations to pointing out where it's best to go and when. This is irreplaceable.
In addition to that, the property is beautiful (pictures can't grasp that), and maintained well. Loved the pool!

The hosts were very kind and helpful, they even made us food and gave a list of attractions and restaurants to try. The Villa had a good location with beautiful views! It was well equipped, even though there wasn’t a washing machine for clothes and the wifi didn’t work that well. The Villa was very clean both inside and outside. We had a lovely stay and even made friends with the four cats that came to visit us every evening:) Would totally recommend Rustico Toscano for anyone looking for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany!

If we could give this booking an 11 out of 10, we would. The accommodations are exceptional, spacious, private, modern, and beautiful, and the lengths that the owners go to in order to make sure that you are happy is just wonderful. Tommaso and his family are very helpful, informative, and warm, like the Italian family we wish we had! Stay here if you want your every expectation to be surpassed.
