Absolutely everything! We were greeted by Antonio who showed us around the property. Amazingly refurbished attic in an old city centre building. Fabulous attention to detail all over the property. Room has wi-fi, Netflix access, ac and is refurbished with quirky old school details. Bathroom amenities were great, plush towels and fab space organization. Common kitchen is like from a Tuscan home magazine. You prepare your own breakfast but everything is pre-set; espresso, yogurts, soft drinks ks, brioche, cake. It helps that you have an amazing view over the town and Sansepolcro. We have forgotten our ID’s in previous place and Antonio has organized to get them back with no issues. Would love to return to this place on some other time to enjoy Anghiari more.

The best place we could ever find there. The apartment is new, clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. No matter if it's one night or longer stay. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. Bathroom well maintained, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The positive vibe of our host Cosimo were the last detail you need for great wellcome and he gave it. Even at check-out. Highly recommend!

Immaculately clean apartment in a really pleasant, quiet street in the old town only a couple of minutes stroll to all the main squares and attractions. We had a really lovely, comfortable and spacious room with high ceilings overlooking the street, and a very large and modern ensuite shower room complete with lovely white linen and large towels. The whole place from the front door to our first floor room felt very secure, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Really lovely host (Rita) who was a brilliant communicator and who has clearly thought of everything a guest might need (Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, snacks, storage, hanging space for clothes, on-wall heater for towels, adjustable room temperature, desk, a safe, smart tv etc). We highly recommend Cesalpino 5 for a stay in Arezzo!!

The flat was very tidy, nice and clean. It is a little gem in a wonderful Borgo. The view from the house is fantastic and is great to have breakfast in the Little terrace outside. The owners were very nice with us and they gave us coffee and deserts for breakfast too. Definitely will be back soon
