We really enjoyed the stay in Asterias Residence. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The residence was very nice with beautiful garden and the host was super helpful. Definitely can recommend!

We loved the feeling there. The swimming pool area is great and the staff is very nice and helpful. The bedroom itself was big with a nice terrace.

This apartment is brand new, in a central position, within walking distance of all amenities and includes private, secure parking. The property is treated like a hotel, so also includes cleaning services. What makes this apartment extra special, is the property manager Massimo, who somehow, is always available for any questions or requirements. Definitely recommended. Ps. Cosenza is a wonderful city to discover.

My stay was truly delightful. The location couldn’t have been better — quiet and serene, yet only a short stroll from the main sights. very good location of the property, less than twenty minutes walk to the sea. The property is clean, well-appointed, comfortable beds. Great contact with the landlord, after reporting a failure of the air conditioning, the repair began immediately. We received a lot of tips on where to eat and what to do. I highly recommend it
