Great location, it was super easy to get to, and also easy to get to nice restaurants in the area. Loved the spacious bathroom and how good the shower-head pressure was. Danielle was great, and let us use the spa even though there were less than 40mins left before they close. The smart locks made our in-outs very easy! Highly recomming the property!

There was cake, complementary water, juice and coffee in the apartment. We left early and did not try them but overall a very nice welcome. Apartment is at 20 minutes walk from the train station where you can take bus #1 to Bergamo Airport (15-20 minutes duration).

We had such a wonderful stay at Prestige Hotel Domo! From the moment we arrived, Ivan made everything even better. His warm welcome, quick responses, and constant check-ins every morning to see if we needed anything truly made us feel cared for. We even lost a ring outside the hotel, and Ivan did everything he could to help us look for it. He was also incredibly helpful during checkout, assisting us with our bags and making the process easy and stress-free. The hotel itself was great — the bed was super comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. We were close to everything! I honestly recommend Prestige Hotel Domo to anyone visiting. Thank you, Ivan, for making our stay so enjoyable!
