After our minor car accident making us late for the garage and having to park far, the staff promptly helped with our parking situation and upgraded our room with the best view in the city! The room is large with all the amenities. The breakfast is plentiful and catering to our sugar-free need. We even got a nice bottle of wine as a gift. This is the best hotel in our entire trip in Italy. The hotel itself and the service is top-notched!

Shower, tub and bidet. Host was exceptionally helpful. Made us dinner reservations and ordered taxi to take us to train. She also gave us great tips of how to spend our brief time there. Full breakfast was awesome! Could not have been better!
