From the welcome ice-cream to the helpfulness of the staff it's all professional. The hotel has three on-site restaurants, we visited the bistro restaurant, had a great dinner, with delicious food and attentive and informative waiters. The breakfast was also great, varied, delicious options. The private sauna that came with the room was a great addition.

They replied on booking APP and email promptly, provided all convinience like clothes drying and washing. Check-out time was fixed but the staff waited for us for one hour to help us checkout early, and gave us delicious lunch packs to go.

Great private terrace for relaxation. Nice bar with a huge selection of drinks. Seriously delicious breakfast! By far the best, we have ever had in a hotel! Walking distance to Vipiteno. Cute town with great restaurants!
