A beautiful warm quaint hotel with excellent staff service, from booking our private boat taxis to cleaning the room and making sure we have fresh towels and even packed breakfast boxes when we had to miss breakfast to catch an early tour. All staff from check in counter, to bar services when collecting free fizzy wine, to breakfast servers and housekeeping were excellent. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this little gem in Venice to all who want a high quality stay in Venice. Their beds were excellent and highly comfortable and pillows and lines were super clean and of the perfect comfort level. Location is near to St Angelo water bus stop with easy walking distance to Piazza San Marco.

It is way beyond your exceptions. The hotel is 4 star hotel!!!! The location is far from the center but you have shuttle bus so there is nothing to worry~~if there is rate more than 10 I will give that.
