Spacious & clean, fully functional kitchen, all the usual hotel amenities - hot water, light (including solar), internet (for tv), sheets, towels, iron & ironing board, etc. (despite the recency of H.Melissa) - and great hosts. A perfect place for family and / or friends to reunite and get to know each other (3 independent rooms on the 2nd level with private bathrooms, plus multiple common areas). We enjoyed having our meals at the table on the balcony, mornings and evenings. Conveniently located a few minutes drive from the Lucea bus park, and easy access to the main road to get to Negril. Property was clean, well maintained, communication was quick & efficient. Patrick is the property manager and helped us with everything we needed and made checking in & getting the keys smooth. The property location is great for those who enjoy quiet and seclusion while still being close to the beach and city to enjoy excursions and restaurants. I’ll definitely stay here again.

She met all my needs and made sure I was very well taken care of. She made it possible for a personal Chef upon request and hands down he cooked the best authentic Jamaican dishes i have ever ate!!! Will definitely recommend Melissa and staff to everyone. They have become my new favorite family!!! Property looks exactly like photos.

A Perfect Stay at Seamist Villa @ Oceanpointe, Lucea Our time at Seamist Villa was nothing short of amazing. This picturesque gated community provided the perfect blend of comfort, style, and tranquility, making it one of the best stays we've ever had. Highlights of Our Stay: The house was absolutely stunning, with modern decor, a spotless interior, and a cozy atmosphere that felt like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the showers were excellent—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The front and back gardens added a lovely touch, and having convenient parking was a huge plus. The amenities in the community were top-notch—two pools, tennis and basketball courts, table tennis, and a lounge to relax in. Thoughtful Touches: The host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the snacks and refreshments stocked in the fridge to the first aid kit thoughtfully placed in the bathroom, every detail was taken care of. The clear instructions and the host’s quick check-in call to ensure we were happy made the experience even better. Extra Perks: The villa’s secure environment, featuring a modern lock with a password system, made us feel completely safe. Recommendations for local spots were a fantastic addition, and we especially loved dining at Valerie’s—the food was delicious, and Valerie’s warm personality made it unforgettable.
