The staff at Ocean Cliff Hotel were so sweet, kind, professional and thoughtful. We enjoyed all of our meals, massages at the spa and time at the pool. Situated in Negril, Sommerville Resorts has a garden, terrace, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. From the moment we arrived Joyce and Demali welcomed us as if we were family. It felt very personal and sincere but not overbearing. We didn’t manage to get up in time for breakfast each day by 10am but Joyce worked around us always offering food outside of the allocated hours. The resort/hotel was very quiet but easily accessible and it felt very traditional yet modern. The beds are huge, clean and amazingly comfortable. All the guests were commenting!

We loved everything about the property. The townhouse was fantastic, with a stunning ocean view as promised. The beach/pool area was just perfect - quiet, lots of space, and easy swimming. Finally, the staff was incredible. From Marie who handled the booking, to Mr. Brown, the manager, who made sure we had everything we needed, to Nie, our most excellent driver - everyone (including groundskeeper and housekeeper) provided an amazing level of service, care, and attention!
