At the front desk, Khalid and Ehab were outstanding, and I apologize for not knowing the names of the ladies and other front desk staff, but all of the front desk team were very kind and genuinely made an effort to please the guests. The location and cleanliness were great, and I truly felt that I received a 5-star experience for a fraction of the price. The housekeeping staff were also extremely nice. This is one of the best stays I have experienced. The breakfast was excellent. The dining staff were unbelievably hospitable and did their best to customize the food. The food was very delicious, with a wide variety of local and international options on the menu. The restaurant’s rooftop location was fantastic, offering a very nice view of downtown Amman and Al-Hussaini Mosque. Guys keep the good job!

This was my second time staying at the property and I also convinced my two other colleagues to stay here which they did not regret. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located in an upscale and quite neighborhood, but not far from city attractions. The amenities were adequate and the bed and room was quite cozy and spacious with good views of the city. The front desk was efficient. The breakfast was good but didn't find my favorite falafal in the breakfast, and i recommend to add it to the menu. The hotel was 10 mins drive from Taj Lifestyle Mall and the City Mall. There is a mini supermarket, laundry shops and shawerma shops located just opposite to the hotel where one can grab a sandwhich at any odd time and buy any day to day amenities. also I fount a lot of tourists from different countries checking in and out which clearly is sign of confidence in the hotel. Overall, I liked to stay here and would definitely comeback in furture visits.

Yassan was an incredible host. Very welcoming and easy to contact. Printed some bus tickets for me which was very appreciated. Room was very nice and had no issues at all.
