We were especially charmed by the book-themed concept, it made the stay feel thoughtful and inspiring. I’m even more motivated now to improve my Japanese so I can enjoy some of the books next time! We were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to see in the city from the hotel. Maybe it's because we love walking, but still, the location is truly great!

Convenient to a nearby subway station, use exit 10 if you will be carrying luggage as it’s the only one with an elevator. Fantastic in-house bakery where I was able to get Christmas cake, and loved the change of an Italian breakfast buffet!

The house was well supplied with conveniences like selection of coffee pods (for the coffee machine) and sugar/creamer, plastic and trash bags, condiments, paper towels and tissues. There was air conditioning for every room, including the living/dining/kitchen, which worked effectively although the weather was very hot (up to 36C during the day).
