The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great beds and balconies you actually want to sit on. Toilet is separate from the bathroom which we always love! The real point of difference re. this hotel though is the Japanese bathhouse and restaurant which are a short walk down the road behind the hotel. Use of the onsen is complimentary for hotel residents and we used it every day we were there. The onsen facilities are very comfortable and atmospheric and the food/ambience in the restaurant is wonderful and not at all expensive. After big days of walking around Teshima and Naoshima it was so lovely to come back here on the ferry and just relax.
