Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. The room was exactly as it was described. Amazing amazing amazing staff they were extremely kind and helpful. Private onsen were available 24/7 with no time limit per use. Excellent place to stay in Kusatsu and I will definitely come back again to this facility

Our stay at Tanigawa Valley Lodge & Coffee Roastery was lovely. We arrived a bit late, but the staff were still there to welcome us and check us in. We decided to try the Italian restaurant ‘Small Restaurant Sae’ just up the street, and it did not disappoint. The property is also within a 6-minute drive to a FamilyMart. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast and coffee in the morning were delicious. We ran into the property owner, Craig, as we were leaving, and he was very kind and gave us recommendations for things to do in the area. We would definitely stay at Tanigawa Valley Lodge & Coffee Roastery on our next trip to Tanigawa!

Okiya Guest House & Tapas Bar asub Kiryus, 35 km kaugusel Kumagaya ragbistaadionist ja 48 km kaugusel Ishidan-gai trepist. Kohapeal on ühisköök ja päikeseterrass. Okiya is a warm and welcoming ryokan ran by a lovely couple that treated me like their own. Feel free to ask any requests from them, including ebike rentals and tours. Do be sure to let them know in advance so they can plan and prepare. Kiryu is a wonderful place full of history, and this former geisha house fits right in. Aside from touring the city, an evening spent getting to know both the hosts and the house can be an attraction too!

Located in the heart of Kusatsu Onsen, it provided easy access to the town centre and bus station. The staff were exceptional, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed their breakfast. We stayed there 2 nights and it was different both mornings. A special highlight was being able to enjoy the onsen without any issues despite having tattoos that I can't cover.

Boasting garden views, Ryutakuzenji 宿坊 offers accommodation with balcony, around 28 km from Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. While the location was a bit out of the way (roughly 25min drive from Takasaki station), it was in a beautiful and quiet spot surrounded by cherry blossoms in full bloom. The room we had was the biggest out of all the places we stayed in Japan, was clean and comfortable, and had a private garden with covered deck and outdoor bath, which was absolute bliss after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The hospitality shown to us by the staff was exceptional, and we had no problem communicating through limited Japanese/English. They served traditional meals, which were beautifully presented and a delight to eat, having small servings of lots of different things. We made use of the free bicycles and had a great time exploring the area while getting a bit of exercise.

Kusatsu Hotel Bekkan Wata no Yu (Adult Only) asub Kusatsus, 45 km kaugusel Jigokudani ahvipargist ja 14 km kaugusel Kusatsu Shirane mäest. Külalised saavad nautida massaaže ja mäevaadet. Excellent location, close to the center and all major onsen. The view from our room was fantastic, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. I strongly recommend reaching out to the property and booking a dinner reservation. Dinner was absolutely incredible, some of the best Japanese food we've had. The lady who welcomed us was very polite and friendly, and she could speak very good English. The baths were also great with two different hot water sources and a sauna.

It was unfogetable eperience- we met the owner and it was amazing to see how past meets modern Japan. More then 500 years onsen was first esperience in my life also we enjoyed first time private onsen with my husband .We had breakfast and diner served in room and it was unforgettable , especially egg cooked in onsen! I wrote and article in Latvia local lifestyle Magazine about this amazing experience, hopw to come back one day , Arigato gozaimasu, Kobayshi family
