My shower had bath tub which was great. The staff is very nice and helpful, suggesting places to visit and helping with any questions you might have. Theres coffee and drinks in recemption that are included,also the option of having dinner there

The breakfast had an excellent variety between Japanese and western food and was delicious every day. The staff always greeted us with a smile when setting up our table. There was also a lovely dining area with complementary coffee/drink machine available.

Great staff recommendations on places to visit and restaurants. Rachel's write ups on the website were a great guide to Kanazawa and her recommendations of ceramics shops and museums in the samurai district were a delight to visit. The bar downstairs great selection of music the shiso negroni was a favourite of ours.
