Accommodation in Hakusan

The staff was incredibly friendly, thank you!

Great location and helpful staff

Wow! Where do I start with how amazing this is? The cabins are very cosy and have everything you need for a story stay comfortably. They have little ovens, a clothes washing machine, fast WiFi and a good bed(s). But what blew us away was the amazing service. All staff went out of their way to help us enjoy the town; but when a torrential downpour came, we where amazed that the owner offered to drive us to a nearby restaurant- then join us to explain the food items (puffer fish) and cheers us with local sake.

Property was very clean and well maintained, and also staff was very friendly and helpful.

A stunning traditional Japanese-style house. Everything was exceptional! A truly unique experience.

Excellent service in general. Comfortable and pleasant stay. Staffs are very welcoming and nice. Thoughtful facilities provided for guests to use.

i liked all the insects in the room that just wanted to sleep with us (my friend and me), that was kinda cute to be honest and I think they appretiated our company because they didnt want to leave us at all.

Our host was very considerate and the sake tasting he offered us was a great moment. The house was renovated with a lot of charm! We recommand staying for several days to visit around!

Sasa san was super friendly and helped with tons of great recommendations. The izakaya he recommended was one of the best I've been to!! Even helped me get there. The room was clean, just above a lively bar, great for karaoke or other events. The great part is that you don't hear anything from the room. And the location just 5min from the train station is ideal!

Fantastic stay. Really lovely staff that were so accommodating. The place had everything you could wish for. Great place if you want to relax out of the city but also the convenience of being close (by train) Highlight of the trip so far. Access to bikes and onsen

I stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. I did encounter a problem with noisy neighbors next door, which affected my sleep at night. However, the hotel manager was incredibly helpful and quickly arranged a room change for me. Their service was excellent and truly deserves a 5-star rating! Just a heads-up: the soundproofing in this building is not perfect. If you’re particularly sensitive to noise, I recommend staying at their other property, “VILLAS,” which has better sound insulation. All in all, I highly recommend this place, especially for their warm and efficient service.

The host was very welcoming, the rooms were nice, clean and for Japan pretty big. The kitchen had everything we needed. Mikawa is a pretty but very small and quite city, the house was conveniently located close to the train station.

The facility are very good, you get much more than what you paid. The staff is very caring and friendly. We had a very local experience which is very unique for us, get away from the big city and be in the fish village, they recommend you a lot of activities which is amazing. They are local people that they know everyone and they recommend restaurants give you a great local experience with local price. The fish is amazing. The room is very clean and you can also use the bike in the B&B for free.

I got an excellent room with many windows on a high floor, the room was well equipped, and the staff were really helpful. Plus it had free parking

Nice people, good price, location near centre but not that crowded. Clean room and nice view from window.

Friendly staff Comfortable beds Everything clean Spacious room Good breakfast Location

It was by far the BEST hotel we have stayed in while in Japan

Great location, right next to all the kombinis and in walking distance of all the things we wanted to see. The beds were very comfortable. They had PJs and slippers for our stay. Next to our room we had an ice machine and laundry room, it was a life saver for our trip

Eccellent vallue for the money spent Superb room Central location

While a bit away from the center, it was quite close to several city attractions. The staff was friendly and super helpful. We went out to visit Kenrokuen Garden after the check-out, and left the luggage with the hotel. Due to strong rain, we came back quite wet and they allowed us to return to our old room for a hot shower and changing into dry clothes without any extra cost.
