Well located. Even though there isn’t meals provided or a restaurant inside, the staff will recommend many food options nearby. They also have a dining table and microwave oven for those who buys their own meals from elsewhere back to eat. The room is spacious and very comfortable to use this as a base to go other places of interest nearby. We stayed 3 nights.

It's 10 minutes walk to Iseshi station in a quiet neighborhood, making it a convenient base for exploring Ise. The guesthouse is a renovated old house which was quite nice with a comfortable living room for relaxing. I was glad to see that the bunk beds were solidly constructed (no creaking or shaking when occupying the upper bunk). The staff were very friendly too.

new, modern and chic hotel! Our room wasn't large but bedding was comfortable. Shower room was good. Staff (gentleman) was very helpful during our check in and even tried to offer me medication when I asked about a nearby pharmacy. Parking is across the street and requires a payment of 1000 yen per day.
