This place is a wonderful place to explore the beautiful area from. The accommodation is a lovely mix of modern and traditional, very peaceful, and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The homemade bagels were the best I've ever had, and I've had a lot of bagels from around the world! Also, he provides wonderful freshly squeezed mandarin juice from the hosts farm. I loved this place and would go back in a heartbeat!

The description is an example of Japanese understatement! This is a complete house to rent having 2 rooms including all original interior. This really feels like the real life in Japan, the smell of tatami..... The hosts are a special story: friendly and caretaking as one can tell! Picking you up at the station and giving you all kinds of hints and recommendations. The house is not far from the sea so you can walk there for a bath. I'm honestly blown away by the great stay we had! The staff was amazing and chatted with us in great English. The guesthouse is small and only holds a handful of people which gives this all a feel of familiarity. There's a community room with board games, musical instruments and free snacks and you can cook your own food there. The guesthouse also offers a lot of stuff you can rent for free. All in all, if we ever make it back to Ise this would definitely be our Number 1 choice.

Everything. So clean and all facilities are available. The room was blessedly warm. Every rule written in English and explained well by the owner. The rock and roll design of the diner was an added bonus for me. The breakfast was so yummy. Simple but filling. I loved everything about it. Had a great night sleep.
