Fint rum med härlig utsikt, från övre planen, med bra faciliteter i rummet. Läget är precis vid huvudstationen vilket underlättade ankomst, utresor och vidareresa. Att se vissa av stadens sevärdheter kan man precis utanför hotellet stiga på en Hop on - Hop off buss, vilket vi gjorde och gillade. Härlig Japansk frukost med bra variation.

Very friendly cat loving hotel. The place to stay when visiting Cat Island. The owners are a delight and will drive you to the Cat Island ferry and then even pick you up!

Tokinenoyado Yunushi Ichijoh is situated in the Kamasaki Onsen district in Shiroishi, a 15-minute drive from Shiroishi Station and Shiroishi-Zao Station. It was absolutely exceptional, from the food, to the staff, to the service and hot springs, everything was simply immaculate. You cannot get any better than this.

Komatsukan Kofu-tei ligger precis framför Matsushima-bukten och erbjuder boende med gratis fast internet. This ryokan style hotel was one of our best experiences in Japan. The views over the islands of Matsushima were superb - truly one of the 3 great views of Japan! Our room overlooked the famous Fukuurabashi bridge through a picturesque screen of the twisted pine trees that make this view so iconic. The kaiseki style meals were superb - delicious and beautifully presented. Each dish was a delight of discovery, awe and wonder. We enjoyed a private onsen bath with sunset views and also visited each of the other public baths over the next day. The views over the bay are simply stunning.

Sendai Guest House UMEBACHI ligger i Sendai, 4,5 km från Sendai City Community Support Center, och erbjuder boende med en gemensam lounge, privat parkering och en terrass. The exceptional thing about this hostel is how the staff actively made an effort into welcoming travellers, Japanese and international into a temporary family. They helped with starting conversation and organizing dinner for staff and guests, and it just works. 11/10 staff experience for me. The atmosphere is great because of it too. Other than that it is just a nice little guest house with a couple of rooms, better showers than usual and everything I needed for my stay.
