It was a first time staying there, all clean and all facility really good. The first day i stayed, my 2years old kid was so sick in high fever, so needed to go to Dr :( reception took care of all thing so well and quickly as they called Dr’s office and took a cap for us instead of is because we could not speak in Japanese. so we could get a treatment in a hospital properly, many thanks to all the staffs who cared us, and hope to meet them and stay soon again :)

This is an amazing hotel. It is absolutely beautiful. The presentation is incredible. I would say it is comparable to a 6 star Grand Hyatt Hotel. The foyer and reception are just stunning. Every attention to detail is given. The staff are friendly and attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. The restaurants are excellent and the bar is a very nice place for an evening drink. We booked the Deluxe room as we wanted some space for luggage etc and heard that hotel rooms can be small in Japan. The room was huge and beautiful. We had a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea bags. The bathroom was fantastic. We had a balcony and amazing sea view.

The location - about 5 minutes walk to the Tsubogawa station; about 2 supermarkets and convenience stores within walking distance! We enjoyed the balcony area for tea, wish there were more chairs. The toilet is separated from the shower. The apartment itself was great and clean and we especially appreciated the washing machine and dryer!

setting was great, breakfasts were really good with a wide variety on display. Room was large and spacious. location was ideal as there were a number of local restaurants nearby. the meal we had on our first night was absolutely fantastic

I think one of the best hotels I’ve ever been!! What a room with a private jacuzzi 🤩 And the top lounge with the pooltable and darts was so nice. Free drinks and snacks.. my boyfriend and I had an amazing time and we were sad we didn’t book more nights here

The location is perfect. The hostel is really clean. The owner really cares about cleaning. They organice different dinners everyday at 7.30pm. The owner helped us with the baggage. The showers and toilets are good. There is aircon, fridge, kitchen, everything working perfectly. There is Laundry available for extra charge. We stayed in the private room.
