The hotel has an excellent location if you want to travel around via train and subway. There is a big shopping center right next to it and the Kansai airport is one stop away. The rooms are only on high floors so our view of the city was amazing. The breakfast is superb, there is a nice variety of asian and european food. We went to Kyoto, Kobe and around Osaka.

Spotless clean, great amenities and a short walk to Namba station. We loved our stay and will surely choose Centara again in the future, our sincere thanks to everyone at the hotel who made our trip memorable.

Facilities. 3. Security. One thing that I want to acknowledge the hotel is the extra help given to us in regards to our luggages. Due to language barrier with 7-eleven staff and no access to sim card, we were not able to arrange for a luggage delivery service. We got help from the housekeeping lady who called one of the receptionists on 16 dec 2023. The reception agreed to help us and we left our luggages and funds in our rooms. They helped us arrange for luggage delivery and with their assistance, our luggages arrived in Tokyo the next day. My family is very thankful to the hotel staff. We greatly appreciate all their help. :)
