The breakfast was good. The hotel is located right outside the Wakoshi station which is hugely convenient for travellers. Convenience stores, Starbucks, restaurants, clothing stores and whatnot are all in close vicinity to the hotel which gives you everything you want at your fingertips. The English speaking and friendly staff made everything a lot easier.

Guesthouse Kuku Kawagoe is a recently renovated guest house in Kawagoe, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar.

The hostel was one of the best we've stayed in. It wasn't too crowded, the staff were great, they have a cute fluffy dog called kuku. It was clean. It had a studio ghibli theme which was awesome. The location was great as it was nearby to all the main attractions. The beds were very comfy and stayed dark in the mornings so you can lie in. They also had a projector, bar, karaoke and they make crepes too but we didn't use any of those.

Super friendly and patient staff despite a bit of language barrier. Complimentary alcohol and drinks in fridge. Cozy place and wonderful breakfast. The lodging is participating in a local tourism programme that provides some perks and benefits when patronising certain stores / places. I particularly like the 5-min sake tasting experience at Buko Shuzo.

A lovely house and host, highly recommended. The location is certainly not scenic but I found this to be an excellent and very reasonably priced choice to explore the hills of Saitama prefecture by bike.

47 km from Kumagaya Rugby Stadium, Ryokan Hiyoshi is a recently renovated property set in Chichibu and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking.

Our stay in this Ryokan was absolutely amazing. We stayed here for one night and had a super relaxing stay. The owner is an extremely friendly Japanese man, who explained every little detail to us when we arrived and gave us some tips for restaurants and activities around the area. The room was a traditional tatami room with futons that were really comfortable for futons. I loved all the decorations like the beautiful ikebana in the hallway, and the breakfast the next morning was very tasty. The best thing is that there are two baths that we could enjoy as a couple (which is not possible in onsens). Also, as it’s only an 8 min walk from the station and there is a convenience store nearby, the location es very convenient. We would definitely come back!

Room is very large compared to others in Japan. Everything looked very clean. Especially in the kitchen. It's close to Warabi station and has supermarkets and convinient stores nearby.

Set just 3.5 km from SKIP CITY Visual Museum, shine house warabi2 provides accommodation in Warabi with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as bicycle parking.

The room is super spacious so it definitely can hendle the number of guests it states. It's a little too big for us even. The toys for kids is small but lovely. Parking is in walkable distance. Host was super responsive.
