The most confortable bed of all of our stay in japan. It was a relief to finlay sleep well.

The breakfast was good. The hotel is located right outside the Wakoshi station which is hugely convenient for travellers. Convenience stores, Starbucks, restaurants, clothing stores and whatnot are all in close vicinity to the hotel which gives you everything you want at your fingertips. The English speaking and friendly staff made everything a lot easier.

The breakfast package is good. If APA can consider separating a special package for halal meat and chicken food, I would really appreciate the kindness as a muslim customer.

Excellent food, helpful staff and great location as well as a very spacious and clean room.

Very nice experience. This is the fifth time I spend my time here. I especially appreciated the cozy onsen, washing all the tiredness out after a long day trip. Besides, breakfast is fantastic. Will come again.

The hotel has a great location, convenient transportation, clean rooms and a rich breakfast.

Not that far from the metro stop (turn left as you exit the gates) with lots of restaurants near by. Also has free breakfast and can rent bikes via an app at the front door. Nice quiet area to relax after spending time in busy city centre

Super clean and very close to Ageo Station.

The provided breakfast was phenomenal. They also had take away containers which allowed you to possibly take a small pack lunch. Due to their variety of options, you could have two different meals just from the selection.

Location is very reasonable with transportation. Within the vicinity are various conveniece stores and especially rare being food supermarkets! Staffs are very helpful, speaks quite well English and offer a lot of additional help woth the stay. Rooms are spacious enough, with enough essentials

Breakfast was really nice, we appreciated both the Western and Eastern options. The bathroom with overhead shower was great! We found a Toyoko inn gashapon at the station, great souvenir.

Very smart hotel not far from Omiya station.

The food is great at the Hotel and food is also cheap near the hotel.. Very accommodating staff and feel comfortable at all times..

Breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were patient, I don't speak Japanese but there was no problem, the staff spoke Japanese, and the guide on the TV was also available in English. There is parking available at a reasonable rate.

Place is new and clean. Near train station and parking is 500yen only. They provide free breakfast during the stay

Extremely large room with a big flat smart-screen TV. Big, comfortable bed and many amenities including a kettle, coffee maker, and two fridges plus a microwave. The highlight though was the bathroom with double sinks and the cozy jacuzzi with another tv. It felt extremely luxurious, and all of that for under ¥7000 for one night? Crazy. The breakfast was a nice touch too. Nothing special but convenient.

An almost brand new hotel with a glamorous Gatsby feel to it. It’s sort of part of the train station and Saitama super arena and there’s a great shopping mall close by too. Clean and very comfortable beds and room. If you book well in advance you can secure it very cheaply
