Onsen is fantastic: several pools outside and inside on 12th floor, with different temperatures and minerals. Wet and dry sauna, clean and calm atmosphere. Large choice of restaurants. Inside terminal 3, meaning 5 minutes from room to check-in

I stayed for 3 nights. Best hotel of my life. 5-star-hotel experience for 1-star-hotel price. I don't get it.

Good hotel for night before or after flight. Check-in went quite smooth, even though we arrived with quite a lot of people with the airport shuttle bus. Shuttle bus in the morning was well arranged and nice on time as well. In general friendly people as well. Even though room felt a bit old it was spacious and served its purpose.

Best massive hotel with high floors like 50 floors, I stayed at 36 floor with wonderful views of the city during sunrise and night view- splendid !!!! Very lucky with this hotel- with a few public baths and world class restaurants. Excellent staff with English spoken.

The staff are amazing .. they are so friendly and just lovely girls every time you come in and out they are so nice... helpful too any time you'd need anything. The location is incredible its a straight road to Shibuya, you're so close to Tokyo tower and the train stations its such a good vibe, I'd never heard of Roppongi before but its like a rich neighbourhood so its so clean and cool

The room was perfect and clean, just a little small but that's the Japanese style in these things so it's fine, excellent location both for walking around in the evening and for going to take the subway, and I guarantee that when you're out all day and come back with lots of bags being close to the subway makes the difference, the staff was extremely helpful, they don't speak perfect English but I found it very funny and it helped make this experience much more unforgettable.

We stayed in 16sqm Superior Double Room for a week, it was quite spacious. The location of the hotel is quite good, only 20 min by walk from Shinjuku station. We actually ended up using Tochomae station which was closer and smaller, so much more easier to find the right lane. We heard some noise during the night (ambulance or police cars), but in general the area is quiet, next to the nice park. There are nice restaurants in the area. It was easy to check in. We arrived early so we left our luggages at reception which was great! They have also offered early check in for additional fee but we decided to walk around for few hours and grab some lunch.
