Everything was perfect. The onsen was nice, the staff great, breakfast very delicious, they had late night ramen for free as well as ice cream. The rooms were rather spacious for Japanese standards and super clean! Location was gut as well, about 12 min walking from the station.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating! The only place I've been to in Japan where they actually took the initiative and placed my luggage in my room before I arrived, finally! The room was very spacious for one person and everything was very clean. The location is so convenient and close to many delicious restaurant options! Even shopping at Mito station I found some really good bargains.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a little bit far from the station, but it’s convenient for us to meet our friends in Ibaraki. Breakfast is enough for the guests and there are varieties of food.

Breakfast was amazing and healthy

Location is excellent, just 2 minutes' walk from the Katsuta railway station. Other locations like restaurants etc. were also reachable easily. The reception staff was extremely helpful.

Japanese style breakfast was good value for money. I like to fill up on vegetables for the day before I head out. Coffee, milk, orange juice, yoghurt , bread , butter and jam, sausages and eggs were the only western options. Laundry machines, microwave ovens, vending machines, ice making machines all available.

Good size room for a double bed. Close walk to the Sakura River which was beautiful when in cherry blossom season. 7-11 convenience store just across the road.

This hotel is a bit off the beaten track in Mito, Ut not being a large city, it was not an issue. The staff were pleasant, the free tea, coffee, biscuits and sweeties were appreciated. The room was adequate for a japanese hotel, with a comfortable bed

This is an older, more traditional style business hotel catering more for people travelling on or for business purposes. Location was exceptional, staff were warm, friendly, courteous and made genuine attempts and efforts to help make us feel warmly welcomed despite language issues and communication barrier.
