Hotels near Narita International Airport (NRT), Tokyo

Good hotel for night before or after flight. Check-in went quite smooth, even though we arrived with quite a lot of people with the airport shuttle bus. Shuttle bus in the morning was well arranged and nice on time as well. In general friendly people as well. Even though room felt a bit old it was spacious and served its purpose.

The Staff was so friendly and helpful! And very clean rooms. We also very much liked the illumination outside in the Garden! So beautiful. I slept at this Hotel the very first time, i visited Japan in 2010. Nothing much changed, still a great experiance and a big Bed!

The ANA Crowne Plaza Narita is a very modern looking hotel with an outstanding art and designed lobby . The reception staff were very friendly and professional in there greeting and service . You were provided with all the information that was required and in no time I was inside my room which was spacious and of excellent cleanliness . They have a convenience store inside the lobby and the breakfast restaurant had a wide range of delicious food . All of the staff that I interacted with were very courteous and kind .

A warm welcome from friendly and professional staff who provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Reception very kindly waived the fee one hour after check-out and called a taxi to the airport on their own initiative. The hotel is nicely furnished with a comfortable room, convenient laundry facility and a reasonably-priced breakfast buffet.

Best place to stay in so far before heading home or when arriving at night from another country. Rooms are large, installations are good, and they got free bus shuttles to the airport (please remember to check the schedule).

Near narita aerdrom and there is market in 1st floor

The uniqueness of a hotel that’s fairly close to the airport .. glad we chose this for our last night in japan .. we arrived about 4:30pm . Dropped bags and went directly to see what we could of the town and temple. The temple was empty as close to 6pm and was a beautiful temple / surrounds unique to others we visited so glad we squeezed that in ! Everything was perfect / clean / quality shower etc . The onsen bathing was a fun experience to top off our trip ! Recommend!! Be aware if you want a meal you need to advise 3 days ahead . We did not eat at the property so cannot comment on that . Great Japanese hospitality!
