Very good located and the shuttle for the airport and Narita's downtown, very comfortable

Everything was good. The only confusing part - for me it was not straightforward to find the way from terminal 1 to the hotel.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel in a great location. Loved the trees so close to the airport in a large city. Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for an overnight stay. Dinner was lovely with a reasonable wine list. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay again if we returned to Tokyo.

Art Hotel Narita exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for resting before or after a flight. The airport shuttle was punctual and very convenient. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. An excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort and good service near Narita Airport.

Best three thing; 1- Good location for airport 2-Good services 3- Good possibility (There are free small buses to Narita Airport Tokyo)

Convenient that bus are available right at the main entrance to Tokyo station & back, Narita aeon mall & Narita station and very often to the airport and back.

Airport shuttle between T1 T2 and the hotel. Runs often enough and grants us a worry free check in and getting to the airport. Room was spacious, conveniently located near supermarket, restaurants and a walking distance to some parts of Narita that we could explore before leaving.

Staff helped me get a taxi for an early morning flight

the locality is really good, close to the airport and yet close to the Narita city. Hotel offered free amenities at reception, like tea, coffee, shaving, shower gels, etc.

Very peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect place to land after flying into Narita airport from the uk. The public baths were really relaxing and always empty when I went in. The traditional Japanese breakfast was exceptional and it was so convenient to get to the temple but also very quiet. It was lovely that they gave us a complementary mini bar full of lovely drinks including sake.

The room was a little too small, but praise for everything. Service, cleanliness, availability of everything. All the best.

Absolutely loved the space and accurate to pictures. Staff at checkin in were super helpful and explained everything really well. Loved that you get some free frozen meals (were really nice!) which was a lovely bonus. The hotel had everything you could need which was handy. Overall was a great stay if you’re looking for a place near the airport.

Good sized room, the staff were kind

This Hotel was a big surpise- the room was the largest I've had in Japan, it was clean and comfortable. I really like the slightly retro feeling. Huge bathroom with a big bathtub, large bed and the view from the room was great (the shrine with sunset was a highlight). The price is simply amazing for what you get! The breakfast buffet was great as well, I loved the comfortable shuttle to the airport. On my next visit to Japan I'll be sure to visit here again :)
